We’ve been talking a lot about menopause –how this pesky gal can cause us to lose our self-confidence, how she can give us a run for our money with hot flashes, and the ways in which she likes to throw a wrench (or five!) into our lives. I hate to break it to you, but menopause doesn’t take a day off during the holidays. I asked her… nicely.

Do you ever feel like you attract negative people and situations into your life?

If so, you might be a "CRAP MAGNET!"

Hey, I didn't coin the term. It's the same as a drama magnet or any kind of magnet, for that matter. And yes, it does attract crap. And yes, you might be one.

I was.

To be a crap magnet means that you're constantly attracting negative energy and experiences into your life.

Stop it.

It's time to say goodbye to negativity and hello to positive change!

Let's dive in.

META: We all love to strive for change, a chance to become the best versions of ourselves. But how do you know if this change is for the better?

Hey you,

It's Bhupi again, and I'm here to tell you it's time to get out of your comfort zone and start mixing things up in your life.

Did you go to bed last night telling yourself that tomorrow you're going to wake up and turn your life around?

META: It's time to actually make this Christmas special by making a difference in your mindset. A change you've wanted to make for years.

This Christmas, don't buy rubbish.

I know some of us say this every year, but actually make this year the year you do something about it.

I've been walking around a lot recently and thinking about our modern approach to this time of year, and frankly, I'm sick of this shit.

Self-love is often seen as selfish, and it is.

It should be.

While self-love can surely be a big tub of ice cream watching a movie or skipping through a field in nature like you're in a Disney film, self-love, at its core, is about taking care of yourself so that you can be the best version of yourself for yourself and the people in your life.
