Being grateful is something we always strive for. It’s that thing that hangs out in the back of our minds. We are aware of it, we know we need to practice it, but often at times we find ourselves just out of its grasp.
Gratitude has turned into a real buzzword, hasn’t it? It seems like every mental health professional and spiritual coach are talking about gratitude–and for good reason.
It’s the new year, and that means there are countless messages about resolutions coming at you from all angles. You see them while watching TV, while you’re scrolling Instagram, while you flip through a magazine at the nail salon, and in your conversations with your friends.
