It's that time of the year again when the spotlight shines solely on moi because, drumroll please, it's my fabulous birthday week! Oh, the anticipation is simply killing me, but hold your horses, my dear friend, because I'll be spilling the beans on the extraordinary gift I have in store for you. But let me tell you, my 2023 visit home was like winning the lottery of awesomeness. I mean, seriously, I am overflowing with blessings, and gratitude, for the incredible individuals who make my life shine brighter than a disco ball. From my fabulous mum to my partner-in-crime bestie Jaishree, from my brother Gee and sister-in-law Sam who are practically superheroes, to my squad of close friends, these folks are the real MVPs (Most Valuable Players). And let's not forget my, rollercoaster-riding boys, Nikhil and Shalin, who deserve medals for surviving my menopausal madness. Brace yourselves as I raise a glass to these extraordinary humans who have withstood my antics and still love me unconditionally.
My Amazing Mum
Where do I even begin with my marvelous mother? She's like a superhero with a cape made of love, kindness, and unwavering support. From wiping away my tears to cheering me on, she's been my rock through thick and thin. Mum, your strength and wisdom rival that of a seasoned philosopher. My Partner-in-Crime Bestie, Jaishree:

We've been through thick and thin, and you've seen me at my best and my worst (hello, embarrassing moments we promised to take to our graves). Your genuine care, unwavering support, and sarcastic banter have gotten me through some rough patches. My Resilient Offspring, Nikhil and Shalin
Nikhil and Shalin, my now adult wonders, I have to hand it to you both. Surviving my menopausal madness and teenage angst all at once is no small feat. Your ability to navigate the chaos of life while keeping your cool amazes me. I couldn't be prouder to be your mum and witness the incredible human beings you're becoming. Our love has been the glue that holds us together, even during the most chaotic moments. Your resilience, strength, and ability to tolerate my hormonal rollercoaster is truly remarkable. I am beyond grateful to have such extraordinary kids who not only survive but thrive in the face of adversity. You both are the embodiment of amazingness, and I couldn't imagine a more incredible duo to call my own.
